1. Consultation & Treatment

  • All consultations and treatments are provided by qualified Ayurvedic professionals.
  • You are required to provide accurate and complete health information before starting treatment.
  • Individual results may vary based on health condition, lifestyle and response to treatment.
  • Follow-up visits and adherence to dietary/lifestyle guidelines are recommended for optimal results.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, WhatsApp or in person.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we request a minimum of 24 hour's notice.
  • Emergency or last-minute bookings will be accommodated based on availability.

3. Payment & Fees

  • Consultation and treatment fees must be paid in full at the time of service.
  • Advance booking for packages (e.g, postnatal care) may require a deposit.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI or bank transfer.
  • Package fees once paid are non-refundable but may be adjusted or rescheduled in case of genuine emergencies, subject to management approval.

4. Home Visit Services

  • Home-based treatments (such as postnatal care) are available within a serviceable radius.
  • Travel charges may apply depending on distance and duration of service.
  • Patients must provide a clean and safe environment for treatments to be administered at home.

5. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our treatments are based on classical Ayurvedic principles and do not replace emergency medical care.
  • In cases of serious illness or hospitalization, clients are advised to consult with a modern medical practitioner.
  • We do not guarantee cures but aim for long-term wellness and symptom relief through holistic care.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All medical and personal information shared with Prakriti Ayurveda will be kept strictly confidential.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Prakriti Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse treatment or consultation in the following cases:
  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior
  • Non-compliance with treatment instructions
  • Unsafe or unhygienic home environments (for home care)
